The service was excellent. The response to our request was prompt and the advice were were given about the required work was professional. Probuild handled all the planning aspects on our behalf and his workmen were polite, cheerful and above all really knew what they were doing. After they'd finished, they cleared away all the debris and left the area clean and tidy. Above all, the cost was reasonable and the job well-worth what we paid for. Highly recommended.

I strongly recommend Kerrigan and team. I've had varied experience on Rated People in the past, but didn't want to leave tradesmen bad feedback. I have no such worry with DCP Lettings. They turn up when they say they will, work was completed at a good fair price and to a high standard. Kerrigan and team are courteous, polite, diligent and mindful of their work. In future I won't be looking on Rated People, I'll be hiring DCP Lettings and joining the ranks of people who can recommend a trusted builder.

Paul quoted the job and kept in touch whilst the doors were ordered. I had asked for a replacement conservatory door which was worn out and beyond economical repair. Other builders had told me that I would need a new conservatory. A set of doors were made to measure and fitted. Although the profiles were never going to match a good job was done for a reasonable price. I would recommend this firm and wouldn't hesitate to use again.

I started my career as a bench joiner, making and fitting all kinds of joinery including, doors and windows, conservatories, shop fittings, and pub bars. I moved onto making and installing high specification kitchens, before taking the leap into self-employment. If you're looking for a carpenter then look no further! Paul is the rare combination of skillful, reliable and reasonably priced. He's also a genuinely nice guy. No job is too big or small. Paul fitted our engineered wooden floor and he did such a good job we had no hesitation in re-booking him to box in some pipes and hang a door. I can't recommend Paul enough and if we need any further work we will go straight back to him.
