This guy came and quoted and made soo much promises. Started the job as agreed. Took 50% down payment and halfway into the job started demanding the balance. He was given half of the balance. Thereafter stated with excuses. He has problems at home. The car is broken down. His mate didn�t turn up. Stop picking calls. In the end, didn�t turn up again. �7500 out of pocket with half job done. Left paint all over the floor. Left rubbish and just walked away. I will stay away from this tradesman

Winston, for the record, the works were proceeding in accordance with our agreement until we reached the downstairs areas, at which point we were subjected to persistent pressure to accelerate the programme beyond what was reasonably practicable or professionally acceptable.
