I cannot fault Wayne's approach to his trade. He quoted the job at a very reasonable rate which I cross-checked and accepted. He also offered to do the job in my absence and didn't insist I paid up front. The job was completed on time and to a high standard. Wayne kept me informed of progress and proved to be a reliable, honest and trustworthy bloke. Having hired David to complete the work i asked for, whilst the taps where successful, i have had him back three times within 10 days and still need to contact him again regarding unsuccessfully being able to rectify the cistern not filling when flushed, when he comes back it will be the fourth time in two weeks!, i feel i have not got value for money on this occassion and using your website thought i would be getting a professional who knew what they were doing.

From the initial visit to quote for the total refurbishment of our ensuite, through to completion, he kept us informed of the work being undertaken and we therefore felt involved in the process.
