Free home visits are available for properties within about a five-mile radius of Chester city centre. Estimates are valid for 14 days. I prefer to communicate by email or some other written form. Trips to retailers, for materials: I generally don't charge a mark-up but I reserve the right to do so. I always present receipts to the homeowner. Disposal of discarded material: I do not currently have a licence so I'm unable to offer this service. But I've cut doors in half so that the pieces can be put into a car.
