Ames did an excellent job at tiling the floor in my conservatory. He talked through what needed doing and explained the materials he would be using. The tiles looked fantastic when he had finished and the job was completed within the times agreed with nothing being too much of a problem.

Mark did an exceptional job, fitting new bath,w,c. heated towel rail, sink vanity unit and an electric pump to increase water pressure in bathroom. He also re-tiled the floor and walls . He arrived when he said, worked hard, and finished within the time frame. He also collected the tiles for us at no extra cost although this was not costed in to his quote. Daniel and Alex from Criteria have restored my faith in builders. They were very friendly (no hard sell) and helped to assess the job that I needed with very useful hints and tips.
