They started work that afternoon and completed the next evening (I had been waiting over 3 months for the builder who I fired to complete these jobs)! The work was varied, and he tackled all intelligently and diligently, completing more than I had hoped in the one day. Since then he has been back for two more days, and although I haven't been on site to check, again seems to have completed more than I had hoped.
