He made himself available for a specific appointment at the property, gave us some great ideas for what would be possible then fully costed it up, and even accompanied it with a proposed planning drawing. They started work that afternoon and completed the next evening (I had been waiting over 3 months for the builder who I fired to complete these jobs)!
