Wow, can't fault John at all. He called to quote, and completed the work the next day. Arrived punctually, work efficiently and very tidily, and to a high standard. First time I've engaged a tradesman after becoming a homeowner. Explained exactly what needed to be done and why (shows me evidence of various bit clogging up thanks to limescale) kept me informed when he was going to be late (this was down the snowy conditions) all work done on time and as expected things work so much easier now. Very impressed with Lloyd. He was courteous and friendly. He worked quickly and efficiently and made the minimum of mess. One of the installations wasn't in exactly the right place and he corrrected that with good humour even though the problem emerged at the end of the day when he must have been tired. Relevant certification was produced immediately after completion. I would certainly ask him back to do further work and recommend him highly.
