Ken was by far the most professional builder that came round to quote for the work. He explained what would be required to complete the work. Including building regs and structural engineer requirements. Therefore we were pleased that ken's quote was slightly cheaper than the others we recieved. The work was completed to agreed timescales and a very high standard with minimal impact and fuss. I have no hesitation in recommending ken and will contact him first before posting a job for future planned work

We are a small family run business, we have been in the plumbing, heating and gas industry for 18yrs and in general building for around 15yrs. We cover a complete all round service, using in house trades people and also a number of sub contract trades, whom we have worked along side for many years. We take on all major building works, covering loft conventions, Extention’s, Referb’s, we cover kitchens and bathrooms and pride ourself on our great feedback and also customer base, we always look to expand our client base. We can offer the use of our structural engineer and also our architect, we generally use the same on all our jobs unless the client has their own.

We used Fabio to turn our family bathroom into two ensuite wet room shower rooms. We found him very honest and reliable, working weekends to get the job done in time! We did have additional costs but in fairness that was due to our house and us not knowing what we actually wanted to do, not him. Very good professionals. The work was done quickly and to a high standard. A bit on the expensive side - I payed £400 for installing 3 wardrobe shelves and 2 rails, fixing a broken drawer and the materials. Needed it urgently, otherwise would have shopped around.
