They obtained permission for dropped kerb and completed the two car driveway with little bit of landscaping in two days. He designed and built our water feature and was not happy until everything was 'right' aesthetically and functioning perfectly, regardless of time and cost to himself - he stuck by his very reasonable quotation, despite spending much longer on the project than he originally planned. I want to express my disappointment with Charles from JnC Groundworks. I had written the review with the promise that he would return the following Monday to remove all leftover materials (which was part of the contract). This did not happen. Someone arrived over 2 months later to clear the leftovers but still left 2 pallets on my front lawn! This pitiful attempt to clear the leftovers only happened after many emails and phone calls, which he tried to ignore! DON'T pay until the job is FULLY completed!!

Graham fixed my outdoor Christmas lights, but we didn’t test them before he left. I specifically requested roof gutter lights, which required a tall ladder. Later, the gutter lights didn’t work. After paying a significant amount, I politely asked Graham to return. His shocking response was that he couldn’t come until Tuesday, there’d be an extra charge, and suggested I ask a neighbor or window cleaner. His lack of empathy and care was disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend him due to his indifferent attitude.

Derek came out to see me but didn’t have any real clue about drainage. He just asked me if I wanted artificial grass which I advised him I didn’t. He told me when he lays real grass his gardens are terrible in a couple of years time, He didn’t appear to know what to say to me and advised he should have brought his friend who deals with drainage with him. He took my drawing and said he would have a think about it and get back to me which he never did! I would not have hired him anyway.

Absolutely atrocious. Caused so many leaks our ceiling collapsed. Doubled the price after the fact. Such awful quality we had to get the "new" roof replaced (and our neighbours'). Left the place in a complete mess. Avoid at all costs.
