From the first visit from John to give us our quote and discuss design and layout we received great service. They obtained permission for dropped kerb and completed the two car driveway with little bit of landscaping in two days. David, Lewis & Anthony worked hard and left everything tidy and all rubbish was collected the next day. Would definitely recommend. No payment was required until job completed to our satisfaction. We’ve since had two neighbours ask for their contact details. ??????????

Totally recommend these guys. Just had a new 2 car driveway freshly installed to my property, which was going to be a difficult task due to the incline, 1950s retaining walls/steps and a huge amount of clay soil . Within 3-4 days they have transformed the look and surely added value to the property. Drew the owner, was easy, helpful, direct and great to work with. His crew where equally fantastic, extremely hard working and where thorough in all aspects of the job. Money well spent.

It took a while to get the quote through however once the price was agreed the team started quickly and finished as quickly as the weather would allow. Great job done and tidied up after themselves. No payment was requested until the job was finished.

Absolutely delighted with the work carried out totally transformed my front driveway, drew was extremely helpful and very professional the boys that done the work were very friendly and hard working, no messing about at all would highly recommend. You could do a lot worse.

Got whole driveway done, Great transformation really delighted with it. From start to finish Driveways Excel were superb. The initial visit to supply me with a quote and options of materials etc was straightforward and very clearly explained. The following week they started the work and left the work area clean and tidy for the 4 days they were there working. The end product is fantastic, a great job overall and would recommend to anyone thinking of getting a driveway done.

Had Drew and his guys complete my drive and garden upgrade, and at first it looked great, but about 6 weeks after competion faults began to appear, my lawn became completly flooded to the point it could not be walked on, the coping and some brickwork on a wall that was built came loose which became a danger for my children, i asked drew at the time he quoted about drainage, i was assured pleanty of topsoil would be sufficient, which it was not, drew is ignoring calls and messages to repair his failed wall

Once the cash is handed over dont expect to see or hear from Drew again, 10 year guarantee he mentions in his pitch not worth anything, trading standard have been contacted by myself regarding outsanding issues left by drew,

Our contract was difficult but Driveway Excel were excellent in all areas of work undertaken. Would have them carry out work again as nothing phased them and the finish is exceptional.

The overall quality of the job was fine but not without a couple of minor issues. To be fair, Andrew would not take a penny from us until they were resolved. A trustworthy business that I would not hesitate to recommend to others.
