Ken was by far the most professional builder that came round to quote for the work. He explained what would be required to complete the work. Including building regs and structural engineer requirements. Therefore we were pleased that ken's quote was slightly cheaper than the others we recieved. The work was completed to agreed timescales and a very high standard with minimal impact and fuss. Fred's work in laying bathroom floor tiles was excellent. Very professional and courteous. Went above and beyond, eg. Adding extra plywood to floor as parts were rotting, installing new pipework joints as mine was leaking, cut down bathroom door to make sure it fit. He left the area spotless when finished.
