I apologise for not having posted a rating before now. I thought I had already done so. Our loft conversion has transformed how we live.The cost was fair. The work was carried out to a good standard, quickly and tidily with minimum disruption. We are happy with the result. The "Boys" were friendly and easy to have about and full of good advice. We had our front garden fence removed and replaced with a brick wall. The finished result looks amazing. I’m so happy with it. I hired Spensley Electrical Services to reposition a double wall socket and then chase out the wall to add an additional double and single socket. I guess the plus point is that both new sockets have power and work but the positioning is very poor. Neither are flush with the wall. Also appreciate that there was always going to be a lot of mess when chasing but most credible tradesmen would at least make some effort with cleaning up. Can’t expect a 5 star review if you don’t provide a 5 star service!

Not very happy. The company (Paul) didnt finish the job and I had to pay out more than I had withheld (£50) to another tradesman to complete the job. The work that was completed was satisfactory but in view of the job not being finished cannot rate them well. Also never got my keys back despite numerous pleas. Not reliable at all.
Valleys based property maintenance. Excellent service with clean and tidy ,quick working. All aspects of kitchen fitting, bathroom suites, roof repairs on new roofs, extensions, etc. And most of all my trade has a painting and decorator with wall paper hanging etc .
