Dan very polite, punctual and helpful - did really good job on our gate and also fitted a small piece of fencing for us (which we hadn't requested in our original enquiry) to match the gate. John turned up promptly, took time and equipment to inspect indoors how damp was getting in from roof and explain possible causes, then quick to get ladder to the roof to investigate further. He explained everything, took photos up on the roof with his phone, and his advice and quote seemed reasonable and not pushy. Came back in a day, did all the work up on the roof which turned out to be a lot more than he thought (reconcrete parapet wall) but honoured price, came back again to replace tiles too. Top man.

What stood out was that Mike & Chris arrived on time, the one time it wasn't possible I was informed straight away. Unusual in my experience with others. The work was carried out exactly as I wanted, I was consulted several times to make sure we were on the same page and great lengths were taken to make the work neat and tidy, as if it was their own property. Mike & Chris were both very nice and easy to get on with and Mike even checked I was happy with the work a few weeks later. I am happy to recommend.

Definitely 5 star service, Prompt, efficient and very good pricewise. Original requirement was for internal lighting. Have since used again for exterior lighting. Will be first port of call for any future electrical work and would definitely recommend to others.

When Craig came round he was able to tell me that my initial plan wouldnt quite work, so we formulated a new one, and even though i had awkward times for him to arrive he managed to fit us in and complete the job to the exact standard I required. Dan visited and gave me a quote for the job. He then turned up with Tom to help on the day and have to say they did a very tidy job of strimming the grass, raking it up and clearing. Chopped up a dead tree which had fallen onto the land into logs and stacked tidy. They did what I asked them to do and were polite and informative in letting me know when they could next be here. Decent guys!
