He arrived on time each day or let me know if there would be a delay and why, the work he undertook was meticulous and he always cleared up before he left each evening and joy of joys no radio blaring! I cannot speak too highly of his conduct and willingness throughout and can strongly recommend him.

Matthew overcharged for materials. He told me he paid £40 at Screwfix for the spikes. I was shocked and asked for a copy of the receipt but he didn't provide it. I did pay him in cash for the work then checked the price at Screwfix. The cost is £29.99 not £40. As a result, I cannot recommend him.

The job took over 6 months to complete due to restricted working hours approx 10am to 3pm. No team of specialised workers but casual labourers. Good electrician. Poor plumber and tiler. Good design ideas but little to back it up. 3 years on I have had endless plumbing issues that have cost me to put right. Would not employ again nor recommend.
