HORRENDOUS experience. Sadly Phil is not a bathroom fitter and I now need to pay someone else to fix the problems he has left me with. I was bullied into paying in full, and left the bathroom with holes in the walls, uneven tiles, rotten bricks, leaking grout and an extractor that’s not pulling. I have asked Phil to return and fix the problems and get given excuse after excuse. I asked him to return some money to cover the cost of getting things fixed, not a penny returned. I am now left out of pocket.

Not just a builder/joiner but a good project manager and a genuine nice guy. James knocked down our wall between our kitchen and dining room and then fitted our new kitchen with new floor. The job was of high quality and was done within the time frame set out. James sorted out the plumber and plasterers and if there was an issue with one of my tradesmen (electrician) James was always on hand to provide advice and a solution to the problem. Great set of lads and will use again in the future if needed!

The guys were great, really helpful (I asked a lot of questions!) and they turned up when they said they would, working through some pretty awful weather. Can't rate them highly enough and would definitely use them again. They also bailed us out of a tight spot when the fencing supplier let us down with 24hrs to go before the job started. John took care of it and the job got sorted in the time frame they said they would. Overall - excellent. Definitely would use again.

Mark and Aaron did a great job. The garden was like a swamp before they started, they had sub zero temperatures, ice, snow and frozen turf to deal with but it was finished to a high standard and on time, they cleared everything up after they had finished and took all the rubbish away. James and his partner were late due to bad traffic but kept me updated via text. When they arrived we were out but obviously got straight down to work as, when we got home they had almost finished. They were polite and friendly and even reduced the price as I said I didn't need them to get rid of the rubbish. Highly recommended both lads worked tirelessly even in the rain to get the job finished on time. Worked immaculately tidied up every day and left the site spotless once they had finished. Paving and block work skills are 110% . We had a very old drain which other trades said would need to be dug out and moved costing ££££s Warren and Ridge managed to overcome this obstacle and finished the paving to a very high standard. A very honest team which is very rare these days. Highly recommended.
