Cannot recommend highly enough. The work was finished to a really high standard. They were really adaptable when the tiles we had ordered failed to arrive on time. They adjusted their plans and worked really hard to get the work done on time, without compromising on the quality of the finish. We had a visit from James to quote on our plastering requirements and instantly felt relaxed with him. The walls were incredibly uneven and heavily textured artex ceiling but we were reassured that although it was a challenge James talked through with us what he would do to prepare the surfaces and make good for a good plastered finish. Very professional. Arrived on time, immediately started putting down floor protection from the front door right the way through to the studio room. Said what time they would be finished and actually finished a little early. Did a good job of cleaning up after. And as for the plastering, it’s some of the best I’ve seen! Absolutely fantastic. One to be careful with is the electrician Ben. The work seems alright, but his advise left us with excessive lighting in Kitchen and sitting room and our decision against TV sockets in ALL rooms was interpreted as NO TV and phone socket at all, which then later had to be added at extra cost and left the choice of suppliers limited. His crew also did the plumbing and the bathroom installation and the later was not done to the general standard of U&U constructions work.

Excellent all round,2 external doors and one frame replaced and painted. Vasile and co worked really hard and did an excellent job fitting locks and new handles. Look lovely. Did such a good job,I asked them to replace the 2 windows on outbuildings ,wood frames rotten so replace and painted using existing glass. Very good quotes for both. job took longer than estimated, very hard to discuss work with Enio when he does not speak fluent english. After job finished found radiator leaking, grout not cleaned off tiles, floor grout very poor and shower pump not even fitted after us showing Enio pump to check that it was ok and putting it in bathroom for fitting, it was just moved around and never fitted. I am still cleaning grout off wall tiles and will have to re-grout floor tiles, have booked a plumber to fix radiator and fit pump.

Sometimes, passage of time provides an insight into the quality of work & reliability of a tradesman. Soon after my job was done, two windows developed internal condensation. Mark initially defended but visited us to have a look & accepted his fault. Promised to have this fixed. But time after time,after repeated calling he kept on providing fake promises & finally has now stopped taking my calls as well. My strong advise-avoid. If a windows expert cannot handle a window, then you can guess his skill level!
