Andrew arrived at time arranged, looked and surveyed the job on roof. He actually adjusted a gutter pipe for me that wasn't even to do with the problem for no charge and gave me a quote that I was happy with. He came back the next day to do the work and said he will be happy to come back for the payment the following week. found him to be very professional and polite and certainly knew what needed to be done to rectify the problem. To cut a long story short as I can't fit it in, he came around 9.20am, had a cup of tea, chatted then left at 10.10am to get materials and another tool. He eventually arrived back at 2.30pm, I said we thought he wasn't coming back he lost the plot. He was very unprofessional and verbally aggressive, telling me I was disrespectful and ungrateful and much more. My husband and my sister heard him too.
