I can't rate Thomas at Forth Mechanical highly enough! Extremely professional service, at a very reasonable price. He popped in to asses the situation the same day, gave us great advice, then had our issue sorted extremely quickly. We will definitely use Thomas again - and highly recommend to others.

The job was completed however Thomas didn’t insulate the new piping he put in and consequently the pipe burst in 2 places the next time we had freezing weather. I contacted Thomas and he refused to fix his error despite previously promising me full warranty support. His only concern was extracting more money from me, rather than correcting the problem.

I'm sorry we couldn't of came to an agreement the insulation wasn't fitted to original pipework in the garage and there had been no previous problem so in the pricing stage it was discussed to give you your "cheapest installation price " I can't work for nothing and if this was a problem I believe I wouldn't of been paid or a received a five star rating.

Thomas did a great job on fitting a new outlet for our washing machine and moving the inlet pipe. I would use again.

Thomas did exactly what we agreed on,new radiator delivered and installed on time and he even helped me troubleshooting an issue with my boiler over the phone at some point, on a weekend.Top service, on time, my new radiator has been installed properly and has been working like a charm since Thomas fitted it. I'll contact him again the next time I have a plumbing issue.Definitely recommend.

Thomas turned up before his expected time which was really helpful. He got about fixing the leak and charged me his minimum call out charge ... what a gem. He was so helpful when I was asking his advice about a new bathroom and he said he would be happy to give me a quote when I was ready. No hard sell .. He was a pleasure to hire and I'll definitely be hiring him again and will have no hesitation in recommending him ... excellent value ??
