The work was done well and he even picked up a few things from B&Q for me. Unfortunately when he plumbed in the sink he plumbed the the hot water to the cold tap and vice versa. Also, he left a saw mark in my Ercol kitchen table with a bit of his blood which he never told me about. But then neither did I. All things considered I would hire the man again and have no issue recommending him for other jobs.

CHRIS TOMLIN This was not an easy task, hence the reason we wanted someone else to do it. IE cut 2 inches from a 1.5 inch think, 5 ft long 19th century slate mantelpiece. We were afraid of it shattering/splitting and all sorts. Chris did this and pieced together our beautiful reclaimed slate fire surround for a very very reasonable rate. 95% perfect but 100% if you don't use a magnifying glass. Would definitely recommend

Anthony explained what he intended to do and demonstrated alternative LED lights to us very professionally. He checked everything for safety and replaced parts as needed. Anthony made a verbal quote based on costs of parts and three hours labour and still charged for 3 hours labour although he spent just over an hour on the job. He stated that the extra cost was due to time spent collecting the parts.

3yrs after this guy installed my bathroom, i'm still having issues. The entire shower place he did is getting pull down because he did the hot/ cold water plumbing wrong and this had been causing me issues. The guys got onto the job quickly and at the time specified and got on with the job.The only reason I did not give the quality a full 5 stars is because some of the lower courses of brickwork were not pointed up, but this could be a communication issue as I could not be there to tell them exactly what needed to be done. DO NOT USE THIS PLUMBER. We hired Dave for the plumbing on the renovation of our new house. This included new radiators, new boiler (fitted by another gassafe plumber not Dave as he's not registered), fit new downstairs loo, fit new bathroom, and due to complications new cylinder and pumps. We thought we had a good relationship with Dave as he turned up on time, worked hard and seemed conscientious. The problems started after the job had finished and he had been paid in full. The hot water system was still not commissioned (I shouldn't have paid him until this had been done, but I've learned now), and more worryingly the boiler had not been commissioned. There was also a leak from the downstairs wc sink. These were to be completed by Dave on the last day but he never turned up and a series of excuses ended up with Dave never coming back. Two days after moving in a wet patch appeared on the kitchen ceiling and progressively got worse. We tried to call Dave but by now he had decided not to answer our calls. He did agree to pay for another plumber to complete/fix the job. To date we've not seen a penny. We got the leak fixed which was caused by bad soldering under the shower tray. We had to contact Gas Safe to get Dave to respond to our request for getting the boiler and hot water working, and eventualy the boiler fitter came out (and even thought Dave was out of his depth on the job). He even said he was trying to contact us to arrange this but Dave told him he didnt have our number, which is a lie as he has it stored in is phone under don't answer! Now, we've noticed another leak in the lounge ceiling. I would call Dave but he wouldn't answer, and I wouldn't want him anywhere near this house again. Since moving we've noticed that the standard of workmanship is poor on the bathroom fittings, shower enclosure and bathtaps (set in wall), which are now leaking and finished messily. Again we're getting another plumber to fix this and will be sending the bill to Dave - which he's agreed to pay but I've not seen it yet. Rest assured Dave, I will be taking this to the small claims court as it costs me nothing through my home insurance. In summary, Dave seems like a lovely guy, but in reality is not up to the job and is not good to his word. Assuming his excuses are true its still no reason to treat people like this.

these guys havn.t a clue .. overcharged.. had massive leek after they had been coming through kitchen ceiling. they came back out. and supposed to have fixed their mistake. 15 min later still leaking ... never picked up my calls .. then they turner their phone off. . job finished by another plumber I had to call. all it needed was new waste pipe. 90 pound job cost me 220. don't let these plumbers loose on your plumbing.....

No notes were taken on the initial visit and so a loose tile was left down which meant i had to rip the other tiles up before they set. The sealant around the bath and shower was a joke, they put clear sealant over grey that had been cut and so you could see the mess of grey beneath. To top it off the leak that was aparently fixed is now leaking again. Amateurs!
