Installation in spring great - friendly, helpful and worked great. However, when greater use of the boiler (ie. Heating) was needed increased leaks appeared and flooded two floors below. Trying to get \\'tony\\' back to fix the bodge that caused it was impossible. Tony sends streams of lengthy excuses trying to deflect blame onto anyone but himself. These included being busy with other jobs, a way crash, not having declared points on his licence, to falling asleep! He gave compensation.

Really pleased with this job. I was offered a wide choice of boilers that meet my needs at different price points with an honest assessment of them. Job was completed on time to my specification and all rubbish removed at the end. Tony also found a serious issue elsewhere with my gas system and addressed it with no attempt to charge any extra. Will happily be calling on him again for any gas work I need doing in future.

a new boiler fitted recently and honestly couldn’t fault the service. Tony was friendly from the moment he arrived and really easy to talk to. He explained what he was doing in a way I could actually understand and got the job done quickly but properly. What meant the most though was how he was with my son, who has autism and usually struggles around new people. Avoid like the plague. After they accepted the job, we agreed on a starting date. So, my partner had time off work to accommodate them. However, that's when the excuses started. After the agreed Monday morning start, they didn't turn up (nor did they make contact, we had to contact them). This scenario was repeated on Tuesday and Wednesday, and they promised to see us on Thursday morning (no show and no contact). We decided to cancel. What a joke and a waste of our time.

Got a quote from Boilerbeat Ltd on supply and fit Worcester Bosch boiler. He let me down and said his van needed fixing, re booked for the following week only to be told that the supplier he used had told him that there was a recall on the boiler he offered another make, I checked with the manufacturer who told me this was not the case and again he said his supplier still were saying its on recall.Then he told me he could get it from another supplier but the price would be £500 more. I wom
