I received a very prompt response to my enquiry. The work was carried out in a very professional and timely manner. I was very impressed with the workmanship of the engineer who replaced the combi central heating boiler in my home.

Did not turn up in the morning. I had to travel to meet this tradesman as I don’t live in the property. He didn’t bother to let me know he is not coming. After texting him he said “ Am so sorry i didn’t update my diary can i come see you tomorrow morning ?” When I said he is not getting a good feedback then he’s changed the excuse to “daughter unwell”, certainly a lie. I’ve seen his FB business page so he is a bathroom fitter and joiner?!! I think I’ve had a lucky escape. Avoid.

I have also chosen Agua to do my Bathroom in Feb 2017 as I know they will do an excellent job. They do not request a single penny until the job is complete and that the customer is satisfied. They do not rush the job and are a family firm having their own workforce. I was told by other firms my job could be completed in 1 day with 2 men which I doubt would be to the same high standard. I would highly recommend you choose Agua Bathrooms.

Gary and Sheldon have transformed my outside space.They cleared an extremely overgrown back garden and landscaped with gravel and laid a new patio.The front garden and drive have been block paved,the garden slope reduced and a front door step made to make access easier as I have arthritis. Paid him a deposit to cover materials.Arranged date to start the work but he kept rearranging it. Then he stopped answering my calls and texts before finally blocking me. Work never got done and refused to return deposit. Gave 1 star because unable to give zero stars. I wouldn't recommend him.
