Paul responded to the advert literally within minutes of it being posted and was helpful and friendly on the phone. He came out the next day as arranged and fitted a new shower unit to our en-suite. Again he was friendly throughout and carried out the work quickly and efficiently. Good job well done and would use again no problem!
