This was a two-stage project. The proprietor was keen to keep me informed with progress, issues deadlines etc and as such I always felt I was an integral part of the project. The standard of finish cannot be faulted with highly professional and friendly workmen being utilised for the work. Any post-build snags were quickly dealt with no quibble. After posting our request David called us back within the hour and offered to come out that night (althought it was gone 11pm) if we were without water. We were OK and arranged for him to come the next evening. He arrived promptly and carried out the work quickly and efficiently, explaining what he was doing and why.
