Mark has just completed an install of a new combi boiler for me. From start to finish he has advised me on options and things to be aware of, Quote was competitive and fair and easy to arrange. On the day, Mark turned up on time got on with the job even in the freezing weather! He was clean and tidy throughout and kept me informed of how things were going, Pleasure to have around. Very happy with the job and would certainly recommend to others and will be using for future servicing & other relevant jobs.

Excellent service from start to finish. Explained everything. Professional at all times. Cleaned up at the end of the day. He even fixed an unexpected issue with our loo at no extra cost. Would highly recommend Mark for your boiler replacement.

Mark arrived as arranged to look at the job (instalation of a new combi boiler) and provided a written quote before leaving. He advised me to get several other quotes, which I did, but we went with Mark. His price was competitive and he fitted us in before Christmas. Mark is very friendly and he explained everything and made sure we knew how to work the controls and how to register the boilers guarantee. He left no mess and we will be having him back in a year for the service. Highly recommended Mark ????????

Mark was first class from the moment I met him when he came to my home and did quote, and I cannot speak highly enough of his workmanship over the 2 days he was at my home. Mark is punctual, clean and tidy worker, and also explains to you the stages he has reached with the work. He registered my boiler with Baxi on completion of the work, and also explained the boiler controls and how to use and set the roomstat. I would recommend Mark to anyone without fail, he wants to do the best for his customers.

Sorry for delay in giving feedback but we have been so busy..with the project and our daughters wedding this week! We would highly recommend mark and would use him again ourselves without hesitation. He is very professional and knowledgeable but also down to earth and honest. He came to commission our boiler but also identified lots of errors in the work that our plumber had done. He put everything right in one day. What a star . He gave us a price from the outset and that’s what we paid, ??????

There's a reason Mark has so many 5 star reviews and it's because he's absolutely brilliant! He explained the job in full, worked to a very high standard, leaving nothing half-arsed done. He even replaced some roof tiles when removing an old flue - something ever other quoter wanted to leave redundantly in place! He worked tidily, protecting floors where need-be and kept me updated throughout. Easily the best tradesperson we've used so far & would very highly recommend - Wouldn't use anyone else! #SimplyFab

Not only was mark the best price but he responded the same day was very experience and professional. Gave inpartial advice as my needs were not straight forwarded being a b and b we need to run 4 showers at the same time. On the day of instalation he turn up on time was very clean and tidy and installed my new boiler the same day. An excellent experience. Turned up on time for the quote, was thorough in looking through the job we asked for, asked us questions about what we needed, suggested extras and clearly explained the quote he gave us. Was flexible in times of arrival, cleaned up after himself, and the job cost what he had quoted for, despite needing a few extras. Cannot recommend Mark more highly, thorough, professional and got the job done on time as promised.

Mark installed our new combi boiler with no fuss - he is personable and easy to talk to and was careful to explain what he was doing at each stage and explain how to get the best performance from the boiler. He works to a high standard, is thoughtful and persistent when solving problems and gives the work in hand his full attention. Highly recommended.

Prompt contact made by Mark after I posted. Ball park estimate provided and confirmed after site visit within 24 hours. Price was very competitive and work scheduled in very quickly without any premium. New combi boiler fitted and working within the day. Very prompt, professional and reliable. Would highly recommend.
