After I accepted their quotation for remediation there was quite a wait for the bathroom team to become available. Matt contacted us to confirm the appointment, gave an accurate quote and charged a very reasonable rate for additional bits I asked him to do. Norman and the guys turned up ready to work last Saturday morning and it was not long before they had the system drained and the old thermal store removed. They then began the complicated task of plumbing in an unvented hot water cylinder into the existing circuit. When they finished they diligently cleaned up and made sure everything was polished. No Tops Tiles representative has visited my property. I can also confirm via an independent civil engineering survey the floor is not moving. The under floor heating has never worked, the electrician utilised by Mr Williams has identified a break in the circuit which happened during the laying of the tiles. I have video evidence of the leaks should anyone which to see it. I would not allow Mr Williams back into my property due his lack of ability to rectify the problems he created.
We are a Gas Safe (Corgi) Registered Company. After plumbing work we do for you, we will for FREE: Check boiler flame & gas appliances for carbon monoxide. Check stopcock to ensure it can be turned off in emergency. Bleed radiators to cut your gas bill.
