He did all the architrave, skirting boards, door frames from scratch, as well as installing new doors with handles and locks, LED covings, LVT flooring and stairs banister! They also removed an old damaged concrete floor and replaced it with a new timber floor, at the same time replacing some rotten timbers from an existing extension. Mark did an exceptional job, fitting new bath,w,c. heated towel rail, sink vanity unit and an electric pump to increase water pressure in bathroom. He also re-tiled the floor and walls . Liam was a really nice guy he hung 5 doors and replaced all the skirting in 3 of our bedrooms. The work was carried out to a good standard. Liam was asked to have a look at our creaking stairs while he was there and was kind enough to fix this at the same time free of charge. A smart job. We requested a drawing as I was concerned that they might have a problem with fitting the wardrobe in the space. Edgar said he would be doing a drawing so was happy to share.
