I thought I should leave feedback on this tradesman as I ended up with a damaged lamanite floor where he dropped my old sink and then denied doing it. Tom fitted a vanity sink, which is fine apart from the mastic is not sealed very well and looks shabby. Then around the plug whole area, what ever was used to seal now always show yellow in colour. I would not use again and as he says he has no insurance to cover damage etc, would not recommend anyone else to use either.

I was extremely impressed with Clayton. He worked very hard and obviously knows his stuff. I brought him in to fix my kitchen floorboards but it soon became apparent that they could not be used. Chris has done two jobs for me recently. The first was an emergency plumbing repair, water tank leaked into loft space which he came out for on a Saturday afternoon. As a result I got him to powerflush CH system and service gas boiler. Both jobs were executed very satisfactorily and would not hesitate to recommend him.

The shelving looks excellent and is exactly what I wanted. The ceiling was done really professionally and looks even better than I was expecting. We never actually managed to do the main job as it was too difficult for me to find the appropriate light fittings (double insulated lights for a kitchen at the right price) however Jakub was more than helpful and patient with me and sent me lots of suggestions in his own time. Turned up in time, did what was asked and cleaned up after himself when finished. Cut two oak work tops and routered the hole for a Belfast sink. It has been quite a while since he totally transformed my bathroom to an amazing wet room, sorry Laurance, ill health caused the delay, but that shower was a big help to me. There were a lot of complications and frustrations, it was a challenge for him and he worked all hours, gone midnight on a few occasions, he had a deadline and he made it.
