We are Lillywhite Property Maintenance LTD, a property maintenance and renovation company that carries out all aspects of building works. We specialise in plumbing and leak detection, where we can find a leak, repair and also advise and assist on any potential insurance claim and also manage it for you as the director is an FCA registered buildings loss assessor. Lillywhite carry out many insurance reinstatement jobs, and also provide property maintenance and renovation solutions for commercial businesses and home owners. We can create and action PPM and reactive maintenance solutions and are a facility/property managers dream, as we are a one stop shop for any building works. We have a large team of tradesmen in our team, including electrician, plumbers and gas engineers, decorators, carpenters, brick layer, flooring specialist, plaster, tiler, roofer and multi traders. All our tradesmen are directly employed by us, so we do not sub contract out work, and is managed in house. They are all experts in their field.
