David was very kind and considerate. I needed a new boiler installed as soon as possible as my old one was far too old. Not only did he remove and install a new boiler, he fixed one of my radiators while he went along with the job! He responded very quickly to my request and I had my new boiler installed in a day! The initial quote was surprisingly low. As our house is very old, and has a variety of pipework, there was an initial problem which had not been anticipated. The final bill was higher, but it was apparent why.
