Tips for future: Please do not go over dirty silicone with new ones without cleaning or removing the old ones. In future always provide your customers with a written quotation specifying the work. Always make sure to place a rag on the floor to protect surface and its very important to clean up afterwards.

Really disappointed with Callan. He did not have the competence for the job as the central heating system was more complex than he had seen before. This is not my complaint though. My complaint is that he did not fully tighten a valve in the hot water pipe which runs through my garage so nearly flooded it and he left the bed rooms completely without any heat - none of the upstairs radiators work now and he took one of the valves. That's either theft or just absent mindedness. He also doesn't return calls.

I had to call Sean to fix a bad job done by a previous plumber. It was a difficult job as he had to fix a few issues created by the previous person. Sean just got ahead with job, without comments or judging, fixed the issues, got a few pipes reconnected by attaching new ones ad-hoc bent and got everything done within a reasonable time and honest price.

He was arrived on time and worked hard and stayed late to get the job done - we were worried he was not taking enough breaks but he said he'd just come back from holiday and had rested enough! Ken was by far the most professional builder that came round to quote for the work. He explained what would be required to complete the work. Including building regs and structural engineer requirements. Therefore we were pleased that ken's quote was slightly cheaper than the others we recieved. The work was completed to agreed timescales and a very high standard with minimal impact and fuss. We used Fabio to turn our family bathroom into two ensuite wet room shower rooms. We found him very honest and reliable, working weekends to get the job done in time! We did have additional costs but in fairness that was due to our house and us not knowing what we actually wanted to do, not him.
