The nature of the job was unavoidably messy but Paul tried his best to keep this to a minimum by covering the walls and carpet. The quotes been agreed on the same day and the tradesman has not got back to me despite sending messages a to him. The job has not been started yet as I have not got any further. He has absolutely not communicated with me. I had to rate him because he has not explained the reason.
