Keiran and his gang at Smith & Sons are a total disgrace. He demanded full payment upfront (which clearly funded his honeymoon), did the bare minimum, then vanished. No return, no refund, no shame. They’ve taken our money and run – pure theft, in my view. They hide behind multiple business names, which reeks of dishonesty and likely tax dodging. Untrustworthy. Unreliable. Unprofessional. Avoid them like the plague. I wouldn’t let them near a garden with a bargepole.

We cannot rate Bailey of Taylor'd Landscaping highly enough. Our large eucalyptus tree had fallen onto our neighbours' garden during Storm Darragh. Bailey turned up on the Sunday to remove what had gone into our neighbours' garden, and then back on Tuesday to finish removing the tree and another diseased tree. Thoroughly professional, fair price and we would recommend this company unreservedly. He also cemented in replacement coping stones for our neighbours' wall at no extra charge. Five star service.

They are so much more than your average tradesmen; multi skilled, (great tiling and bathroom installation) tidy (put our team to shame), when we changed a main colour they were fab and just took it in their stride. We forget to order materials so they collected it for us. The quality of the work is second to none and has been admired by all. I have no doubt that it will be their work will sell our project. Paul was very prompt with providing a fixed priced quotation which was within budget. He was available to start immediately and arrived the next day at time agreed. He put in a full days work everyday, and would work on to finish what he had programmed if necessary. He was very tidy and had all the tools and dust sheets required. Ccb sent me with a formal quote via this site to undertake; leadwork, repair broken rooftiles, put in garage drainage and provide a quote for painting the external wall. The rooftiles were not repaired, others were broken as the leadwork was done. The drainage is incomplete and Chris Cook collected the money for the painting on 7 July and has disappeared with £220>00 which is dishonest.I have made many, many attempts to contact him to return my funds. Dont trust this builder

After setting Jac Jones Cons. what at first seemed like a simple straightforward job they continued to do everything they possibly could to complete what turned out to be possibly the hardest job they had ever taken on.
