During the whole process from agreeing our requirements (which changed), making quotations, carrying out the work (including additions) and invoicing, Neil communicated effectively with us and delivered on his promises. Neil did all the plumbing, tiling and electrical work himself except for plastering the ceiling. He is very conscientious and careful to do everything correctly.
