I'm afraid i had to change my rating because we came across an issue with a part of bath fitted in our bathroom after the job was done. We contacted Liviu and asked him to come and fix it, after a few times contacting him, he arranged to come in but never turned up and have been ignoring our calls ever since, so i am very disappointed with the fact that there was no after care service provided.

I could not recommend this tradesman more highly. He did excellent, careful work, as well as always being considerate and keeping disruption to a minimum. The tradesman completed a large amount of work, including locating difficult to find materials and sourcing a specialist subcontractor, within one week. Mark fixed a storage heater for me, he wanted to be paid in cash. I asked him to bring an invoice / receipt with him. He didn't. He promised me he'd send one when he got home. I have asked him on 4 separate occasions to provide me with a receipt for the work and have been promised one on each occasion. If you do need a receipt, I would suggest not using this electrician, other than that he did do the work for the money quoted.

I used AGL to decorate my 5 bedroom house in W12 in April 2014. The standard of the work was excellent. They are experienced and were able to come up with practical solutions to issues that arose. Kyle misrepresented his credentials and failed to return to finish the job. He left me with a leaking cylinder and did not fit the compliant fire valve. This was 3 months ago and despite repeated efforts I can't get him to return and he has ghosted me. He also promised to certify the work but didnt. I believe this is because he is not a member of a CPS. He showed me a BPEC card but this is just to show he has done training , not that he is a member of a professional body. I am contacting trading standards

Norman and the guys turned up ready to work last Saturday morning and it was not long before they had the system drained and the old thermal store removed. They then began the complicated task of plumbing in an unvented hot water cylinder into the existing circuit. When they finished they diligently cleaned up and made sure everything was polished. I would highly recommend this firm even for the most complicated work required. THANKS GUYS.
