They were hardworking and explained the work that needed doing clearly and gave the options that were open to me from the stage of quoting right through to the completion of the job. They spoke in an easy to understand language which was a good thing as I hadn't a clue about the job. All the guys at Aarbon Construction were excellent, especially Elian the project manager. We bought our Kitchen from Howdens but this was a huge mistake and made the job much harder for Elian and his team. But they made it work and didn't complain at all. I would highly recommend them.

I would highly recommend Sotir. He he was flexible with when he could come over to give me a quote, quickly followed up with the quote and was then happy for me to source a few of the parts needed for the job. He turned up on time to do the job and worked hard, and was able to come up with a solution for a particularly tricky broken handle. He cleaned up properly and left the place tidy. He agreed a fixed price for fixing the toilet that evening which was half of what other plumbers have suggested and it did not matter how long it took fix the toilet. He arrived on time. It was comfortable to have him around the house with young children. There was a problem with the rubber seal as well as the original issue. He still stuck with his original charge agreed on Friday evening and only charged me extra for parts. He's very honest and I would not hesitate to call him again.

Graham arrived exactly when he said he would, with all the necessary materials to lay our bathroom slate floor and ceramic wall tiles. He then fixed a plasterboard problem that was not his to fix, before getting on with his tiling job. He worked 4 days solidly, right through to Sunday, to complete the job to our deadline, without any complaint or extra weekend charge. They gave options for materials when doing the estimate and when the job had started. It was a good job, completed to time and within cost, with minimum disruption.
