Ben did a really excellent job preparing my new home, before I moved into it. He was highly professional in how he generated a detailed quote, and in how he executed the job. The painting, decorating, general snagging work, and some garden landscaping, were all done to a very high standard. Ben was helpful, reliable and trustworthy. He also took on the role of project manager with great skill, which was a real plus. I would definitely recommend him, and I will be using him again. Niall SE3

Ben was great in terms of identifying problems caused by the previous plumber, e.g. the bath overflow was not connected. He was also helpful in sourcing the products we needed. However, he gave poor advice regarding tiling the shower area.The tiling he did was atrocious, as it slanted badly for which he took no responsibility. He then blamed me for a customer when he was the one responsible for managing his own diary, and he knew I was flexible with the dates he worked. I would not recommend him.

I needed to replace the shower doors in my buy to let property - the job turned out to be much more complicated than first thought but Ben was extremely helpful and liaised directly with my tenant as well as me to keep us both informed on the progress. He even ended up doing the majority of the job late into the evening at a time which suited my tenant. I was really impressed with his service and reliability and would definitely recommend him.

I had really underestimated the extent of the damage the leak in my shower had done and I'm glad I found someone with Ben's experience and expertise to fix the problem. Everything was explained clearly and in detail with no hidden costs or charges. I was very pleased with the work and have already booked him in to do more work on my home! Reeds Renovations Ltd responded to my job request soon after I posted it and arranged to attend my flat soon after. Ben arrived at the time agreed and although there were unforeseen complications when removing the old dishwasher, caused by the kitchen installer 7 years ago, Ben was able to install the new dishwasher very quickly. I will certainly use Reeds Renovations again; I already have other work in mind for them.
