This project has been completed over the last 14 months with some major structural complications that we have over come with skill and perseverance. 3 types of retaining walls implemented to help secure the land. Complicated foundations, both in depth and location. 36 pile foundations at a depth of 9 meters. My company can provide a structural engineer, architect, our own in house Gas safe engineer and all the trades to complete your project no matter how small or big. I was very satisfied with the results of VFurb's external renovation and decoration work, which took 3 weeks in total, extended due to rain. Dragos worked six days a week to keep me informed of progress, answered all my questions, and identified practical solutions to unforeseen problems, supported by detailed costings . He was always present to supervise his team of 2-4 workers, and personally completed the most complex roofing, piping and guttering jobs himself to a high standard.

I originally booked this work for our stairway and spare room.The work was done to a decent standard, bar a few snags,only noticed after.He never boxed in/plastered above the front door, which he was supposed to do.We've had to change the locks on our front door as he never brought our key back.He said he was going to come back and do some work on our kitchen.We removed our kitchen sink,hired a dehumidifier,he was supposed to start the following week,that was 3 weeks ago.He ignores texts & phone calls

I really recommend working with Kilani. My job turned out to be much more complicated than expected. It required much more work to put right shoddy work from previous contractor.
