First time I've engaged a tradesman after becoming a homeowner. Explained exactly what needed to be done and why (shows me evidence of various bit clogging up thanks to limescale) kept me informed when he was going to be late (this was down the snowy conditions) all work done on time and as expected things work so much easier now. My new doors were carefully positioned and due to the quality build, only some planing of surfaces was needed for wardrobe doors. . He was able to come in desired week, as other jobs had gone well and was here for 6 hours of continuous work. The only trace of his presence were some wood shavings and slivers of wood in the communal yard, where much of the work was done. The Woodyard said this was the going rate. It may require the Council to remove old doors as private sector not showing interest so far.

He's an extremely hardworking and skilled tradesperson, who overcame any issues which our kitchen walls presented him with (such as large amounts of plaster coming off when old tiles were removed). We are extremely pleased with our new kitchen. If only all tradespeople were as conscientious and took as much pride in their work as Saul does.
