We cannot praise Andrew highly enough. He was very efficient and incredibly tidy - you would not have known a builder was in the house! He arrived when he said, worked hard, and finished within the time frame. He also collected the tiles for us at no extra cost although this was not costed in to his quote. Daniel and Alex from Criteria have restored my faith in builders. They were very friendly (no hard sell) and helped to assess the job that I needed with very useful hints and tips. The one point I liked the most was the way they worked. Very neat and tidy and with attention to detail. I suppose I am fussy but I believe that if a job is worth doing it is worth doing properly. I was very satisfied with the results of VFurb's external renovation and decoration work, which took 3 weeks in total, extended due to rain. Dragos worked six days a week to keep me informed of progress, answered all my questions, and identified practical solutions to unforeseen problems, supported by detailed costings . 7 interior doors fitted. From the start Nasif impressed me with his professionalism by informing himself with the type of doors bought, the sizes and then providing a quotation for the work. I did have to wait a while for the start date but the did not bother me because it told me that they were in high demand. On the day of the job Nasif and his team turned up on time. From day one We were very impressed by level of work offered by this company and its workers. We were given a quote on what would be the price for main work and this was followed. Any extras apart of course. The two workers that came to do the job were extremely clean, making sure all other areas of the house were protected, especially our brand new floor, which they covered with hard duty plastic to ensure it would not be damaged. The workers were extremely knowledgeable of what they had to do, and were also open for suggestions from both me and my wife. Whenever we wanted to change something on the work, they would gladly raise to the challenge. The end result was a Walking Shower Room fit for a 5 star hotel. The attention to detail was second to none, and the way on which the workers conducted themselves was extremely professional and very friendly. I will definitely use them again for already planned work on exterior door and internal bits the wife is already planning to do. I would recommend this company any time and would gladly open my house for viewing if needed. We are extremely happy with this trader and the excellent work provided.
