Giannis did an absolutely fantastic job on my rental renovation. He did almost everything from fitting new vanity units, new flooring a a new coat of paint. He did all of this in record time in a few days and to a great standard. I really appreciated the constant communication via whatsapp and quick turn around of requests. I felt i could leave him to it and also be in the know at the same time. Very professional.

The GMP team did a wonderful job with the replacement of both our main bathroom and our dining room and kitchen floors. Throughout the works the team minimised the disruption and worked continuously to get the works done efficiently and with great attention to detail. Giannis was able to accommodate quite a few small changes as we went along and made some excellent suggestions such as the under-floor heating which is brilliant. Would not hesitate to recommend GMP for whatever renovation job you have.

Giannis and his team have been fantastic. We had two bathroom refurbishments running simultaneously and the team were professional, polite and did the job beautifully. Giannis is responsive and present daily monitoring the job with meticulous attention to detail. We overcame obstacles with clear communication and Giannis was willing to make sure every aspect of my dream bathrooms came to light. They refurbished my bathroom and fitted a new shower and bath they arrived on time each morning, completed job on time ,and keep with the quote for the job letting me know what was being done at each stage of the job, the standard of work was excellent. Great job by GMP - bathroom looks great now! They came across some ‘fun’ issues along the way but made sure they explained it clearly to me. Came back really quickly to sort out the screen when I realised it was too small and also helped me out by hanging something else while they were there :) Would definitely use them again.

Absolutely delighted with the professional installation of my new bathroom vanity unit. Giannis arrived on time, was courteous and efficient, and took great care to ensure the unit was properly positioned and secured. He also showed his attention to detail by boxing in pipes and tiling them over, enhancing the overall aesthetic of the installation. We recently completed our bathroom refurb with the help of GMP Property Services. Giannis is the person running the show who demonstrated vast knowledge and exceptional communication. Giannis provided a lot of insight and flexibility and delivered a final product that left us well satisfied. We have worked with plenty of builders in the past but Giannis' resourcefulness and constant updates makes him stand out from the competition. We would certainly recommend GMP to others!

Giannis was prompt to get in touch and came to see the property on a Sunday, and started the project (bathroom refurb) shortly after. Offered good advice throughout and the work was completed to a high standard in just a few days. There were a couple of snags I noticed and he came back to resolve these to my satisfaction within a couple of days.
