I always have some trepidation when contacting somebody to look at a faulty boiler, especially while being new to the area. What a relief to find an honest capable tradesman. John is a really nice guy, I'd love to rate his actual work but after chasing for quotes for a few weeks I should have realised. I've been constantly chasing for three months to get the work complete. No option but to return insurance cheque for payment for the work I can't get completed and go through the whole process again with someone reliable. Shame as i said he seemed a really nice guy!.

Mark is a nice guy but out of his depth when installed an EV charger. He installed a charger I supplied wrong causing it to set fire. He was given multiple goes at fixing it first and then replacing it but also replaced it incorrectly causing that one to blow. I’m now >£1300 out of pocket and rising due to having to use public chargers and loss off smart off peak electricity rates. I have no choice but to take him to court now.
