unbelievable that you would leave us a negative feedback with out contacting us first to resolve any issues. your job description only states you want us to change the post and not any decorating that would be down to the painter and decorators. We left any left over materials at the side of your house out of the way , where could we leave them you were not home and had you stayed at home for the job then we would not have this problem,

As for the price has, we gave you a price and you said that's too expensive we said canopy post change is structural work and is risky and the price has to reflect this plus we are based in Milton Keynes and you are in Luton, you came back to me and said let's go ahead with it, IF YOU THOUGHT IT WAS TO EXPENSIVE YOU NOT CONTACT ASK US TO DO THE JOB AND THE MESS WITH OUR FEEDBACK AND SAY IT'S TOO EXPENSIVE.. You are playing with people's bread and butter.

Plus most importantly we came around did the whole job with no deposit and paid for the materials out of my own pocket and went home with no payment and waited for you to get back home from work and then wire the money over once you are happy with the work so how can you still complain, TOTALLY UNFAIR

You know you did not do a quality job, and now you rant and rave at the customer. This is why this is rated people so that other customers can see the trades people who go the extra mile in delivering quality work and those that do not.!

your the only customer who has thought this , all my other rating are very high , people like you think they can push and get more for free or a neg feedback , but I'll rather have a negative feed back than do work for free
