We Do not have any call out charge which means to travel to you, for our labour we charge a minimum of £165 this includes the upto an hours labour, if the Job takes longer than a hour we only charge by the half hour with 95% of our jobs are completed within the first hour. All prices are plus vat and if any parts are needed we will let you know the cost of these. WE DO CHARGE A MINIMUM OF 1 HOUR LABOUR, which is quoted over the phone before we dispatch a Plumber also in writing on site before we start the Job, all dianogstic work is chargeable at the same rate.
