Jim responded promptly to job request & arranged to come out on a Sunday. He got to work diagnosing the problem with the hot water timer unit and boiler. Remove wallpaper from hall, stairs and landing, plaster walls and ceiling and paint. Plaster walls and ceilings in living room and cloakroom and paint. Extremely courteous workmen, who turned up on time each day, worked continuously though out the day with only a short break for lunch. Nothing was too much trouble. Keen to do a good job. Job ran over time but this was because of problems uncovered when wallpaper removed. We were delighted with finished rooms etc.

A M Contracts did an excellent job of dismantling the wall cleaning the bricks and then rebuilding the wall. Despite disruption caused by the weather I could not fault the the work carried out. We are all really pleased with the rebuilt wall. A number of people have already said what a good job.

Keiran did that rare thing of turning up exactly when he said he would. Tidy and friendly, and reasonably priced. He removed a glass pane from door and fitted wooden replacement before installing cat flap - looks smart and exactly what I wanted; he also installed MDF shelves in a walk in cupboard - not exactly complex, but affordable and exactly what I needed.

I am very pleased with the service recieved from Alex. He quicky provided a competitive quote and arranged to get the work done on a Saturday morning. It involved the repair of an external door and he moved other jobs around so he could get to this sooner because it affected the security of the building. The repair looks great and he has painted the door frame for us. Alex even agreed to adjusting a door closer whilst there at no extra charge. I will use McLaurin Joinery again.

Tarek did a fantastic job redecorating two rooms of mine in a rental flat that looked quite bad. He repaired seriously damaged wallpaper where a boiler had been removed and cracks in the ceiling before doing the painting. I was really surprised at how good looking the finished results were.
