During the work Jack was excellent and his work is of superb standard. He arrived promptly every day and worked extremely hard. One of the roofers arrived (on time) and after inspection of the roof gve us a very competitive quote. Having agreed price, date and time to start the work, they arrived on time and immediately started working. Throughout the day they were considerate as they had to access the roof via the house, ensuring that everything was left clean and tidy. You would not think you had just spent a whole day with roofrees in the house as the roof looked like new (solar reflective paint). Would recommend this firm as a unit providing a service without being "ripped off", as you paid the price agreed with no add-ons.

The best part was for him to suggest some additional work which made a lot difference. I really appreciate him for that. He charged extra but it was worth it. Very keen to impress however could not assist with plumbing side of things and had to get friend to assist which delayed tiling. Ensure you know exact tiles you purchase and get leftovers as overpriced and took away edging tiles, if i hadnt challenged. Floor tiles uneven and grout continually comes out. Wall tiles good. Nice tradesman but because of some hiccups would not recommend to a friend. Cannot fault his hard work and enthusiams to please though.
