SOME of the work was excellent - in particular the resurfacing of my garden with slate chip looks very nice BUT the felt peeled off the shed roof very quickly and I haven't been able to get him to make good the work :-( hr has offered a partial refund but that just dumps the problem back in my lap :-(

We were held up a few days by the weather initially, but once things were underway I was very happy with how things progressed. Job was to sand the floor of our flat and we set a price. After asking for more they guaranteed to finish for the extra price. A day later they pulled out of the job leaving it un finished. They said it was due to a black tar like substance. they said they had tried everything. My painter and decorator took a torch and scrapper and had it up in minutes. They had the wrong tools and seemed like first flooring job. After contacting asking to finish he said he would get back to me but failed to be reached.

George Bell came to work on some damp related issues in my flat in feb. since having completed the works the problems which first occurred have turned worse and George has been unwilling to get back in contact with me, despite chasing him for 5 months which only reaffirms that the job was poorly undertaken.
