Callum communicated very well, indicating when work would be undertaken and what expected finish times might be. His quote was very competitive and he impressed with his calm and personable nature. Jim responded promptly to job request & arranged to come out on a Sunday. He got to work diagnosing the problem with the hot water timer unit and boiler. This had been not been properly installed previously and another Electrican had failed to fix Consequently the flat had not had access to full hot water for a few years However Jim’s persistence paid off and his experience and skills fixed the problem. Remove wallpaper from hall, stairs and landing, plaster walls and ceiling and paint. Plaster walls and ceilings in living room and cloakroom and paint. Extremely courteous workmen, who turned up on time each day, worked continuously though out the day with only a short break for lunch. Nothing was too much trouble. Keen to do a good job. Job ran over time but this was because of problems uncovered when wallpaper removed. We were delighted with finished rooms etc.
