Superb service from start to finish. Express Building Solutions responded to our initial enquiry promptly, Dan called to quote the following day and fitted our gate the day after that. Dan very polite, punctual and helpful - did really good job on our gate and also fitted a small piece of fencing for us (which we hadn't requested in our original enquiry) to match the gate. Good competitive quote. Excellent team of workers. Our original plan was changed by a suggested improvement by Chris (who deserves extra praise) which turned out to be brilliant. Slight increase in the price due to the extra work but well worth it. Would highly recommend and wouldn't hesitate to employ again if the quote was competitive. Quick to respond to the invitation & the quoted price was competitive. An appointment was arranged for a few days later. The engineer that came to do the work exemplified every professional attribute you'd expect.. When he left I was very happy. Then I found the inhibitor bottle had been left on the window cill - forgotten - seal unbroken. It took a bit of to-ing a froing to get them to send someone back to complete the job, but the young lad returned apologised finished the job in 25 mins. Happy customer.

George Bell came to work on some damp related issues in my flat in feb. since having completed the works the problems which first occurred have turned worse and George has been unwilling to get back in contact with me, despite chasing him for 5 months which only reaffirms that the job was poorly undertaken. The company main reception also seems to be a virtual reception so you can never speak with anyone helpful

Used GR building to re slate my roof. after 3 weeks 2 slates came off. Repeatedly rang and left messages and he finally came back to sort it out after not appearing the first date given. 3 more slates have just come off. Even taking into account the strong winds I find it unacceptable that this can happen. I will not be asking him it sort it this time as I have no confidence he will do the job correctly and have made alternative arrangements.
