The finish is excellent on the render and the quality is constant through what was a fairly large rendering job on my detached house. They had a new boiler ordered and picked up that night and came back first thing the next day to fix it. Honest, friendly and had my new boiler fitted within a few hours. Although Paul initially replied to the quote promptly and did the job on the same day; we were left with a hole in the wall from the fixing of the blinds. Again, Paul was initially apologetic and offered to fix the problem; however he subsequently did not turn up to the house on the day he was going to come and has for 2 weeks not responded to polite emails, text messages or picked up telephone calls. Disappointed customer.

The poor review I posted wasn't about the later repairs. It was about the inital calls and emails I made which took a week to confirm the original work date ( poor reliability) and the difference in value between actual materials used and labour (quality and value) .

George responded quickly to my request, gave a very reasonable quote, did a really quite tricky and complicated job above a conservatory, to fix cracks in the pebbledash of an external wall, and seal all around the windows. A fortnight later he re-plastered internally. George gives the impression of being somewhat chaotic! But he is extremely experienced, knows what he is doing, and actually did a very good job. The timings and quote agreed to were respected, he was polite and cordial, and communicated well

Total rubbish. Took too long to complete simple jobs. Has left us with loose taps and a kitchen ceiling that needs repair. This was caused by not tightening the nuts and washers from the bathroom sink creating and overnight leak that seeped through the kitchen ceiling. Truly awful and not to be recommended

Darren I agree there delays in bath arriving but the only descnt work you did was take down the dividing wall. Your tiling was terrible. You couldn't even get tiles on the walls flat. You always came up with excuses why the work was substandard. We have pictures to show. You cost me money replacing all the tiles you ruined. So don't continue givng excuses for your shody work. I paid you 900 pounds to cover the cost of taking down a small partition wall n fixing the window. You get minus rating from me.

Poor contact, I was doing all the chasing. Flooring cut short in places, new shower fitted leaking. Jack advised date to fit bath panel and towel rail then cancelled. Has worked out very expensive because I have paid for a heated towel rail and bath panel that has not been supplied or fitted. When job was agreed in June, Jack said he was fully booked for 2 weeks, now August and no sign of completion and no contact from him. Would I recommend Bathly Plumbers? NEVER

AVOID Adil is a smooth talker who hasn't got a clue about work in the industry. Employed to refurbish a full house. A SUMMARY of issues follows. 1 - Plastering done is uneven. 2 - Did not allow plaster to dry before painting walls so already peeling off. 3 - Found number of areas where holes had been left, and had these not been pointed out would have been left. 4 - Wood not sanded before painting, incl. new skirting boards. 5 - Threats when I refused to pay!

I was quoted £230 for a job that the plumber hadn't even seen. 'confidently' I had chosen £250 on the budget option on the site do clearly the plumber was going for the maximum charge! I felt very angry by that and was proved correct when I had the work done by a reputable plumber for £60 all inclusive! Very poor of PB to try and pull a fast one!
